August is hot, so why not celebrate with something cold? Sagra Del Gelato or “Feast of Gelato” is celebrated in mid August in Southern Italy. Restaurants serve homemade gelato on the streets in specialty flavors such as mango, coffee, pineapple, lemon and more. Bar Stuzzichini’s “Afogato” is the perfect summer dessert.

1 lg scoop - Premium Vanilla Gelato
1 1/2 oz - Shot Espresso
1/2 oz - Amaro "Borsci" S. Marzano (Puglia) - optional

Serve hot Espresso mixture on the side to pour over Gelato when served.
Amaro "Borsci" is added to enhance Gelato's Vanilla flavor.
